Shipping Policies

Discount Inks is a customer oriented company. Our sole focus is prompt delivery of our orders, spotless performance and customer satisfaction. You can place your order on our 24 hours online service, anytime as per your convenience. Or, call 888-866-3722, between 8am to 4pm PST, Monday to Friday.

Once your order is received, your supplies will be dispatched within 24 hours. Incase you place the order on a weekend or a holiday then the processing will be done on the next working day. After the order is shipped we will send you the tracking information so that you can know when it will reach your end. We put forward three methods of shipping on our website:

  • FedEx Ground / US Priority (FREE shipping for orders over $50, $5 for orders less than $50, delivery in 2-5 business days)
  • FedEx / UPS 2nd Day Air (Discounted prices offered by the carrier, see below for details, delivery in 2 business days)
  • USPS First Class (FREE shipping for orders over $35, $2-$5 for orders less than $35, delivery in 3-10 business days)
Ground / Priority Service
Parcel chosen to be sent out via Ground / Priority Service is sent by either USPS or FedEx or UPS depending on the delivery address and weight of the parcel. Parcel to be delivered to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii and Alaska is shipped only via USPS Priority Mail. The delivery time for parcels sent from our storehouse in Los Angeles, CA to your address within United States is generally 2-5 working days as depicted in the different colors in the map.

FedEx / UPS 2nd Day Air
In place of charging a flat fee for 2nd day air shipping, we put forward to our customers the discounted prices that our carter offers us. 2nd day air fares are based on the weight of the package and the shipping address. The costs are calculated in the shopping cart once you have selected the products you need and your delivery address. You end up paying only the bulk discounted rates accessible to us within United States.

USPS First Class Service
Parcel sent via USPS First Class Service typically takes 3-10 business days for delivery within United States depending on the distance between the shipping address and our storeroom in Los Angeles, CA. You can log on to the USPS.com website in order to confirm the tracking on your package. It might take a few working days from the order date, for USPS to bring up to date it's tracking information on the website. Please bear with us.

Shipments to Canada or Mexico
Order sent via USPS Priority Mail to Canada or Mexico generally takes 7-15 business days for delivery depending upon the distance and time taken for the package to be inspected at customs. USPS does not make available tracking information for parcels sent out via USPS Priority Mail to Canada or Mexico. On orders up to US$100, shipping charges are US$10.00 per shipment. For orders over and above US$100, shipment is FREE.

Shipments all other international destinations
USPS Global Priority Mail Service - US$45 per shipment up to orders of US$500 USPS Global Priority Mail Service - Orders of US$500 or more, shipping costs are calculated taking into account the destination and weight of the package.

Disclaimer: USPS Priority mail / FedEx Ground / UPS Ground mostly deliver the package within 5 business days. We are not responsible for a delay in the delivery of an order, if the delay is caused by the carrier. If you haven't received your order in the suggested time period, we suggest that you please contact the carrier, give them the tracking # and they will trace/expedite the order for you. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are not able to ship it for some reason. In that case, we will let you know and will give you a full refund right away.
